Traditional workouts have their place in standard athletic systems. However, to fully factor in the Tactical Athlete requires a shift in the paradigm to accommodate the elite needs of our Nation’s tactical best. Fire and Rescue

Firefighters and Rescue Workers are elite tactical athletes who require the necessary functional training to
protect and serve our nation. We specifically work with these groups to ensure no injury affects their
daily performance. We serve those who risk their lives for our continual protection.

The Police Force

Police Officers require responsive training and adaptive means for optimal occupational success. To
prioritize agility, strength, and endurance for all law enforcement, officers are given the tools to
